Shipping, Delivery and Returns

At Cushion Couture, we are proud of our prompt, efficient service. Deliveries within Australia are sent using, Australia Post Registered Mail or Australia Post Express Post or via the Fastways Courier service

We will endeavor to deliver goods within 10 days from purchase, but such times are estimates only and may be subject to change.

The Shipping fee is a $15 Flat rate Australia wide,
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $250
Alternatively you can Collect from our factory in Chatswood, Sydney.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Please make sure that the shipping address you provide is normally attended during working hours (it may be a good idea to have your order shipped to your work address).Should attempts be made to deliver your order when you are not at home a card will be left and arrangements can be made to either pick up your order from your local post office if your order has been dispatched using Australia Post or alternatively if your order has been dispatched by courier you can call the telephone number on the card to arrange redelivery.

Our arrangements with our courier company are such that it will not be liable for any loss or damage in transit whatsoever. You are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance of the goods after they are despatched from our warehouse. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your order.

A tracking number is assigned to all deliveries once order has been processed and despatched. We can provide you of this tracking number on request.

A notification email will be sent to you to confirm despatch, after the order has been processed.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item in all instances. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion. Cushion Couture will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

We may need to order products which are not immediately in stock from our suppliers. This may result in an extended delivery time or the products may be unavailable. If this occurs, we will notify you immediately to arrange a refund or an exchange.

RETURNS

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt, provided the items returned are in the original saleable condition, unused and in the original packaging with original tags still attached. We offer an exchange only. (Excluding shipping charges which are NOT refundable) whichever you prefer.

To process a return, please email info@cushioncouture.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. As well as completing the Returns Form that is included in the package. When you are re-ordering, we recommend that you include that information in your email or you phone us directly on (02) 9882 2661 so we can advise you on the stock availability, size and colour choice.

In-stock items will be sent as soon as returned merchandise has been received, accepted and the order processed. Once Cushion Couture receive your return, and approves it only then will your exchange be processed..

The cost of delivery for returns is at your cost and for you to arrange. Any additional freight/delivery charges are to the responsibility of the customer.
An original postage cost for non-faulty and non-damaged goods is not refundable.

DAMAGED ITEMS

All items are thoroughly checked before they are dispatched. If your goods have been delivered damaged or faulty, please email us immediately within 2 days of receipt at info@cushioncouture.com.au .You are required to provide written notice of the defect or damage, you will need to also include the following information.

All damaged items will need to be returned to us. Once received, we will then do whatever we can to rectify the situation as per your request.

 

CANCELLING AN UNSHIPPED ORDER

You can cancel an order anytime for a full refund provided your order has not been shipped yet.

 

ORDERS OUT OF STOCK/BACKORDERS

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill any items that you ordered we will contact you with the details of expected lead time and offer you the option of placing the item/s on back order and waiting for the product to come in stock, replacing another product or receiving a full refund. In the instance when part of the order is on backorder, we can split the delivery
